Rugby legends, amongst others John McGrath, Pieter Rossouw, Toks van der Linde, Balie Swart and Schalk Burger Snr joined Du Toitskloof Wines in support of the Paarl Gimnasium Rugby fundraising event on 10 June.
The evening was hosted by Du Toitskloof Wines and included rugby quizzes and “Oor die vate†presented by Toks, Balie and Pieter and rugby entertainment to over 200 guests attending the event.
Du Toitskloof Wines hosted the prestigious gala dinner on Friday 10 June 2011 at their cellar outside Rawsonville in support of Paarl Gymnasium rugby fundraising.
Paarl Gymnasium High School has contributed richly to Springbok rugby through the years boasting legendary players such as Schalk Burger, Jean de Villiers, Pieter Rossouw, De Wet Barry, Louis Koen, Kobus Wiese and Balie Swart as alumni.
