Mallet expresses concerns

Former South Africa coach Nick Mallet has expressed concerns that new coach Heyneke Meyer’s philosophies could impede on some of the players’ creativity, something even those interested in the best mobile casinos should take note of.

“That is the only thing I’m slightly worried about with the Heyneke regime – his mantra is execution above innovation” said Mallet.

“If we are going to do a move that will take the centre into the midfield, we are going to do it so well, at such pace, that it doesn’t matter if the opposition know about it – we will get across the advantage line and we will dominate that impact zone.” He added.

Mallet fears that the side will also be under prepared for the for the Test series as they have just one week in training before the first match while England have two. He also thinks that South Africa must win the series 3-0.

“I pity Heyneke because it’s going to be very hard trying to prepare a team for a test one week after those derbies, while England will have two weeks’ preparation,
“He has to win all three tests in order to buy himself some time to develop his philosophy. I believe Heyneke’s mantra will be execution above innovation and it will be a very conservative team and game plan.” Said the former Italy coach.

The 55-year-old was one of the front runners for the England job when his contract with Italy ran out. He is fully aware that the visitors are not a side to be underestimated and under new noss Stuart Lancaster pose a new threat and look to be a strong outfit.

He said: “I would not be surprised if England sneak a game. They’re a very strong team, they’re bringing an air of confidence out of the Six Nations, as the tournament developed, so did they,
“They’re scoring tries and they’re really well coached. Stuart Lancaster needed to bring pride back to the country and the jersey and he did that by picking the youngsters. He’s given England the ability to counter-attack and they can hurt the Springboks.”

The Springbox are looking to return to the form that saw them win the World Cup back in 2007. They could not retain their trophy in 2011, being knockout by Australia in the quarter-finals.

The series gets underway from Durban on the 9th June and is followed by Tests at Johannesburg and Port Elizabeth in what is sure to be a enthralling contest between two giants of world rugby.
